Michael W. Peskin, founder and CEO, spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley, ultimately leading the group responsible for advising and providing the senior financial management of pension sponsors with financial strategies and solutions for their pension and enterprise risk issues. His other positions at Morgan Stanley included Global Head of Asset Liability Strategies and roles within the Equity and Fixed Income Divisions. In addition to his experience at Morgan Stanley, Michael also led his own proprietary asset liability consulting firm and worked at Credit Suisse First Boston and Buck Consultants.

Ellen Peskin, Chief Compliance Officer, has worked for Hudson Pilot since its inception in 2009 when she reentered the work force after raising her children. Before that, she worked in investment banking for over 7 years originating and structuring public and private limited partnerships, most recently with Lehman Brothers. Ellen is a Certified Public Account and worked in public accounting for over 9 years with Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen & Company after graduating from college.
